Yacht Description
Windseeker has been continuously and extensively upgraded and has new sails, Ullman fully battened main and 135 genoa 2003-2004, new dodger, 2005, Simrad GPS-Chartplotter integrated with the autopilot, JRC radar, Kenwood stereo with FM-AM, cassette and 10 disc CD changer. All running rigging, sheaves, mainsheet and traveler have also been recently replaced and upgraded. The head is equipped with an electric pushbutton operated toilet and has a shower. The 9' Quicksilver inflatable dinghy is carried on stern davits. The electrical system has a 100 Amp alternator, 500 Amp hour high capacity house battery and a separate, dedicated starting battery. On-board heating is provided by an ESPAR diesel fired hot water system with heat exchangers in both cabins, the salon and head. When it's chilly outside, turning it on and setting the thermostat is all that's needed to keep the entire boat comfortable at the dock or at anchor. The galley stove and Magma gas grille are propane operated and a gas "sniffer" with automatic shutoff assures safety.
