Consider Trip Protection Insurance
The easy, affordable way to protect your trip investment. Missing your vacation is bad enough, losing the money you paid for your charter trip is even worse. Superior Charters has selected Global Alert to provide a flexible, cost-effective option to protect your travel investment. If your trip is canceled or interrupted for a covered reason such as injury or illness, your travel investment is protected. As an added benefit, pre-existing medical conditions are covered if your premium is received within 14 days of initial deposit / payment for your trip and your not already disabled at the time your premium is received. Motorized Dinghy
Get out and explore the islands. There are many great opportunities to explore the Apostle Islands on foot: sandy beaches, wooded-hiking trails and intriguing sea caves to name a few. Add a motorized dinghy to your charter for quick and easy access to the islands.
Our motor-dinghies are hard bottomed for ease of entry and exit, and a smoother ride. Each dinghy has room for 4 adults and totes a 4 to 6hp engine: $35 per day, fuel included.
Express Check-Out
Get priority status for your morning briefing and get on your way with our Express Check-Out service when you complete your paperwork and contact the SCI office to pay your charter fees in-full a week before arrival.
Late Off-Boarding
Though all charters end at 4pm, you don't have to leave so soon. Stay an extra night and get an early start back home with a Late Off-Boarding. For $150 you can stay aboard your yacht the night of your last charter day and off-board by 9am the day after.
(Note this option is only offered on Sunday – Wednesday nights and is subject to yacht availability.)
Captained Charters
Leave the details to us at SCI and we will schedule one of our professional U.S. Coast Guard licensed captains who are very familiar with the Apostle Islands cruising grounds.

Yacht Damage Waiver
Peace of mind during your charter. In the event of an accident, the Yacht Damage Waiver reduces your liability for damage or loss to a maximum of $250. This protection costs only $27 per day and is booked with every sailbot charter reservation, though you may opt to waive the coverage. Note, this option is not available for our powerboat charters.
